Bill has over 25 years experience in program and portfolio cost, schedule, performance and risk management experience developed through service to numerous government and commercial customers worldwide. Bill is regularly asked to speak on a range of topics related to CPIC management processes and techniques at government and industry leadership forums. He was one of the Founding Members of the Federal CPIC Forum and is also an active advisor to the Government Accountability Office in the development of the Cost Estimating and Assessment Guide (GAO-09-3SP). |
