The current catalog of offerings have been selected to match today's Capital Planning and Investment Control priorities in the public sector. One of the latest developments in the field has been the development and release of the GAO Cost Estmating and Assessment Guide (GAO-09-3sp). This special report represents over four years work at GAO to develop a case-based set of standards and best pratices that are currently in use for the purpose of supporting program audit activity. In addition, it provides supporting best practice guidance related to methods and processes that, when applied properly, will support better investment cases and foundations for improved program success.

Latest Offerings & Themes - 2010 CPIC Essentials

The current CPIC Solutions professional development catalog is headed by the "Policy and Compliance" course group and the GAO Cost Guide Series. Companion series are offered in the "Process and Best Practices" theme in line with the CPIC life cycle management phases. This division according to courses aligned to the Pre-select and Select Phase processes versus the Control and Evaluate Phases is designed to help match your interest, or the current needs of your programs with our course topics.
